Order Cancellations
Orders, once placed, cannot be cancelled. Please double-check your cart and details before completing the purchase.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only in case of damaged or defective products. To request an exchange:
1. Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
2. Ensure you record a proper unpacking video of the shipment, as it is mandatory for processing damage claims.
3. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email at affinity.co11@gmail.com with the unpacking video as proof.
4. Once your claim is verified and approved, you can exchange the product for the same item or another item of equal value (subject to availability).
Refunds

Damaged or Defective Items
We take utmost care in packaging your orders. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

3. Claims without an unpacking video will not be entertained.
Sale Items and Gift Cards
