Got this for myself few months ago. Initially it was tough to use as I am not into writing much but now I am not the same person anymore. This is one of the best self reflection journal :)

Initially I got myself self reflection journal. I wanted the self care one too but I am someone who's not much into journaling. So, it was tough in the start to follow self reflection but it was crafted so well that later it became easy to use and then I saw these self care cards. I was curious because it wasn't launched online that time and waited for months then didn't waste a single second to get it after the reveal. The delivery was super fast that on when it was weekend. And now I can't take my eyes off. They're so cute and handy and very easy to use. I am so glad to get it because I wanted to practise affirmations, gratitude etc and getting this makes it possible now. They aren't even that expensive. Cutest thing they smell so nice hehe.
